Delivering a New Class of Starter Home

Delivering a New Class of Starter Home

London | Tues, 21st June 2016 | 11.00 – 15.30

The Government is committed to introducing starter homes for first-time buyers under the age of 40 at a 20% discount on the normal market price. Enabling legislation is contained in The Housing & Planning Act that became law on 12 May although much of the detail of the policy will come in later regulations. A consultation on those regulations closed last month.

Join Westminster Briefing on 21st June for an up-to-date brief on starter home legislation & policy and to discuss how these new houses can be delivered in practice.
