• Ian Ptichard parted company with Lime Technology last August 2013
• Has now embarked on a new venture Greencore Construction Ltd
• New business partner, Martin Pike.
• Martin is a ‘green entrepreneur’ with a strong drive to make a difference.
• Greencore Construction are dedicated to delivering inspirational low and zero carbon buildings to discerning clients as part of a significant contribution to the decarbonisation of the built environment.
• We’ll shortly be offering a range of services to clients, including consultancy and end-to-end project management.
• We are also undertaking research and development work that will allow us to carry out predictive thermal modelling, post occupancy monitoring and carbon audits on all of our projects.
• The first project we’ve carried out as a team has been the construction of a new home for Simone (my wife) and myself which started in June and should be completed by Christmas.
• We’d be very happy to share details and images of the house with anyone who is interested.
