          • Laid down over centuries: Stone and fossil carbon
          • Laid down in seconds: Lava, Pumice
        • Grown
          • Plant, grass or tree based
          • Fungus, mycelium

        • Of simple man-made manufacture

            • (not debarked, cut, profiled, sliced or peeled)
