Building: New single storey mono-pitched 3 winged steel framed building on a Brown field industrial urban site.
Role: Reviewed drawings and provide NBS based specification from NBS SpecMan for:
- H External envelope
- K interiors
- N furniture
- Q external works
- Q soft landscape
Practice intended to set out to adopt a breathing wall construction including:
- G20 breathing sheathing board
- P11 recycled paper insulation
- H21 untreated unseasoned unfinished English oak boarding cladding
- Q40 untreated unseasoned unfinished oak fence screens
Carried out research on materials to prepare specification for:
- J40 Gas Resistant DPM
- G20, P11, P14, H21, K10 Breathing wall
- G20 Masonite structural walls and flat roofs
- P11 Cellulose fibre insulation generally
- K11 K13 Formaldehyde Free boards in linings and furniture
- Z10 G20 FSC approved source timbers
- R10 steel rain water goods internally
- M50 rubber and carpet floors
