Home@ix turning carbon credits into discounts for affordable housing

This radically turns the provision of new affordable housing on its head, the most intelligent piece of joined up thinking I have seen in 50 years in construction and 25 years in environmental design, specification and carbon counting.
Bringing together some of the best people, products and design tools to deliver low carbon buildings to each Homemaker’s choices, the greener their choices, the lower it costs to buy.
Finally, a robust and meaningful way for Homemakers to join in with saving the planet for comfortable human and nature occupation.
This initial launch event is aimed at meeting and developing the Home@ix supply chain, initially solution providers: manufacturers, suppliers, specialist installers and service providers, with low carbon stuff, to encourage them onto a journey towards environmental product declarations, carbon counting and product/material passports to help build, maintain and adapt these Homes.
And to enable a robust return on these investments often missing in ‘business as usual’.
Andrea Charlson of Madaster our materials passport partner will explain the process of registering your sustainability credentials so Home@ix can add a configuration option into its digital twin for products and services.
BrianSpecMan will be there manning the ‘meet the buyers/sellers table’ to start exchanging details to populate databases that feed carbon and cost calculators in Home@ix Configurator.
