When asked by RIBA S/SE to say why Architects were best suited to the role or co-ordinator of Retrofit projects, this was my respose.
Not all positive.
But recent presentation by CoRE to RIBAs SME CPD day Guerrilla Tactics suggests they are well suited to the demands of GreenDeal, ECO and other projects outside of GreenDeal.
