With having so much written content do you ever run into any issues of plagiarism or copyright infringement?
My site has a lot of exclusive content I’ve either authored myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the internet without my authorisation.
Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being ripped off?
    I’d really appreciate it.

You need to make sure you are as clean as a whistle yourself, so that you can judge others who are not.
Mark your content (c) symbol, first published date (and revision dates if you wish, as I do) and author/organisation name in the footer of every page
Get a solicitor’s letter off to the infringing parties.
Comment on the infringing pages with a link to the source page on yours.
Inform host of sites with your conflict content of Copyright infringement and ask for it to be removed.
Get Google to rank your page first doing all SEO possible.
