Book: Designing for Biodiversity: A Technical guide for new and existing buildings 2nd edition

In short: I didn’t know this site, but it is from a large governmental environment organisation and nice to use.
You can build your own practical guide for sustainable building.
It seems that the code numbers refers to chapters not to building assessments, but Peter and Els know more from this I think.

The environmental “department” of Brussels government is publishing this “guide for sustainable building“ for a long time and it is recently updated.
If I remember correct Liesbeth Temmerman (who you met in the early beginning of CAP’EM) worked on it as well.
Brussels environment is very busy with sustainable building in Belgium.
They have their website with lots of information, the sustainable building guideline, each year they reward eco buildings (houses, offices,…) and promote them as exemplary buildings and they also host trainings for building professionals.
In 2012 and 2013 VIBE and Ecorse (Walloon consultant) were responsible for the trainings on eco materials.
For us they are a very good partner to work with.
I don’t think the website or the guide is available in English, but there must be someone who speaks English to explain everything they do, to you.
