Client: Nursery Schools

New single storey mono-pitched 3 winged steel framed building on a Brown field industrial urban site.

Scope: Review drawings and provide NBS SpecMan generated specification for External envelope, interiors, furniture, external works and soft landscape.


Construction & materials:

Breathing wall construction including breathing sheathing board, Cellulose fibre recycled paper thermal insulation,


Specification:

G20 Masonite structural external walls and flat roofs,

H21 untreated unseasoned unfinished English oak rainscreen weather boarding and screens.

J40 Gas resistant DPM.

K11 K13 Formaldehyde Free boards in linings and furniture,

M50 ‘Pee, poo and spew-resistant’ rubber and carpet flooring

P10 Thermal insulation

P11 Blown in thermal insulation

R10 steel rain water goods internally,

Z10 FSC approved source timbers
