‘Build light > Insulate right > Solar tight’
If you build with thin walls (e.g. SIPS, with Plastic insulation or Mineral wool they will keep winter heat in an very well.
If you subject them to summer sun, as you do, then the radiant heat will get in through those insulation materials and then their conductivity will keep it in.
Take great care with MMC
Don’t be seduced by great layouts. Design is not everything.
